Ligand/Catalyst Screening

Using both Chemspeed and Argonaut parallel reactors, Celtic Catalysts can carry out multi-channel screening of reaction parameters and catalytic systems.

Our approach is to use its intimate knowledge of catalysis and synthesis to derive maximum value from the minimum number of experiments rather than screen very large numbers of catalytic systems. We believe the latter approach can often generate large data sets that are not time or cost effective to interpret.

Hits from the screens can be efficiently optimised and scaled up in the laboratory to a kilogram scale. At this point the process can be transferred back to the customer or a pilot/full-scale manufacturing process developed in collaboration with the client and/or with agreed manufacturing partners.
