In addition to our own in-house ligands and catalysts, we also screen other company’s proprietary and non-proprietary catalysts using parallel multi-well reactors. We also have the facilities to take scale-up successful conditions found as a result of the screening process.
Contract Synthesis
Our contract synthesis services can be secured to produce milligram to multi-kilogram quantities of compounds from either known processes or from new processes developed by our team. We relish taking on difficult synthetic challenges and encourage you to seek a quotation for all of your custom synthesis needs.
Analytical Development
Celtic Catalysts has considerable in-house analytical capabilities to support process and method development and to fully characterize your compounds. We have arrays of chromatographic equipment which use multiple modes of detection including fluorescence, photodiode array, refractive index, evaporative light scattering, and mass spectrometry
Process Development
Our team has many combined years of experience in optimising existing plant and pilot plant processes. We use high throughput screening equipment to identify optimum conditions and have excellent facilities for the analysis of product purity. These processes can then be scaled up by our production chemists and a fully optimized “tech package” is then transferred back to the customer.
