Analysis
As a result of the number of projects we have undertaken in enantioselective synthesis, we have gained a great deal of experience in both chiral and achiral method development for new compounds. We have outstanding HPLC facilities for both normal and reversed phase work and have particular expertise in chiral normal phase analysis and preparative work. |
Laboratory Facilities
We are based in modern organic chemistry laboratories with all the associated equipment and facilities expected for small to medium scale synthetic chemistry. As we regularly work with air/moisture sensitive compounds, we have excellent Schlenk line equipment, access to dry, oxygen free solvents and use an argon glove box. |
Scale Up
We have Recently set up a scale up facility it Wilton in the UK where we have the facilities to perform hydrogenations in an 8L vessel and multi kilo production on up to 30L scale. We also have access to larger scale vessels should the project in question demand much larger quantities. We have the equipment to cryogenically cool to -90 oC and heat to +250 oC. |
