Brian Elliott, Chief Executive Officer

Brian Elliott has extensive experience in establishing and building early stage biotechnology and life-science companies. Most recently he was responsible for the commercial, operational and business development of the HIV drug & diagnostic company, Tibotec-Virco Group, from its start-up as a campus company in Belgium in 1996 until its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson in 2002.

Brian Kelly, Business Development Director

Brian Kelly graduated in 2000 from University College Dublin, Ireland with a PhD in chiral chemistry. He has a profound knowledge of and insights into the chiral industry. Dr. Kelly had the idea for the formation of Celtic Catalysts Limited and has been the driving force behind its growth to date.

Kevin Dalton, Sales Director

Kevin Dalton joined Celtic Catalysts in late 2006 having spent 7 years in the United States as Business Development Manager for Camida, a chemical sourcing company. Prior to his time in the United States Kevin worked with Healy Chemicals, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in Ireland.

Goeffrey Fuller, Laboratory Director

Geoffrey Fuller has over 30 years experience of production management in the fine-chemicals industry. Having founded, built-up and sold his own company (Wychem) he spent many years with NIPA/BTP and Clariant and has a long track record of successful scientific and commercial collaboration with numerous major multinational pharmaceutical and fine chemical partners.

John Fullen, Chief Financial Officer

John Fullen joined Celtic Catalysts as its Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to this he had worked as the financial controller in a number of life-science companies over the past 20 years.

Declan Gilheany, Chief Scientific Adviser

Declan Gilheany is Professor of Organic Chemistry at University College Dublin, Ireland. Previously he has been a faculty member in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. Dr. Gilheany is the author of numerous research papers, articles and patents in the area of chiral chemistry.
